Marketplace: It is possible to add the marketplace feature to the standard getPlus® Lite© package for a small charge. The marketplace is a banner across the top of the download manager that provides the opportunity to generate extra revenue by offering further products to the user during the download process. These products can then be added to the download basket with one simple click. It is a simple way for users to browse other products that may be of interest to them, and purchase and download them all at the same time.

Support: All support is free of charge for the first 30 days via phone and email. After 30 days phone support is charged per incident (email support is always free and will be answered within 2 business days). You can purchase support packs which cover all support required for 5 incidents at a discounted rate.
